Ordering and Billing

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes all our items are subject to a MOQ to maintain cost effectiveness, typically in the low hundreds.

Does the quote or catalogue include GST?

No, GST is not applied as we are not a GST-registered company.

How will I be billed?

Billing will be processed via PayNow or Bank Transfer after order confirmation and prior to start of production.

What if an item I want is not in your catalogue?

If an item is not included in our existing catalogue, we can assist in sourcing it if there is sufficient demand. Please let us know your estimated order quantity and customization requirements and our team will get back to you soon.

Product and Customization

Where are the goods produced?

To ensure cost-effectiveness, all goods are manufactured and customized our trusted partner factories overseas. By default, we ship the goods to Singapore via sea freight, but we can arrange for other shipping methods upon request

What is the lead time for delivery?

Our typical lead time varies from the date of order confirmation, and depends on logistical and production considerations. For uncustomized goods, it’s usually 3-6 weeks. For customized goods, the lead time is typically 4-8 weeks.

Can we have assorted colors?

We can provide multiple colors for a single collateral.

How should we send the logo or artwork?

Do send us the original design file (.ai/.psd) of your logo/artwork. If that is not possible, do send it in a lossless format (.svg .png) We recommend avoiding the use of .jpg or .jpeg files as this may compromise print quality.

Do you offer design services?

We can create simple mockups using your corporate logo or artwork for your approval. However, we do not have in-house designers to create complex designs.

Sample and Stocks

Do you have products in stock in Singapore?

We typically do not hold stock in Singapore. To maintain economical pricing, we partner with trusted factories overseas, which allow us to pass on cost savings to our clients.

Are samples provided and at what cost?

We can deliver uncustomized samples at no additional cost. To facilitate delivery, please provide your contact person's name, delivery address, and contact phone number.

Can I visit your warehouse to see the items or samples?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not suited for walk-ins due to our high order volume. Instead, we offer to deliver uncustomized samples at no additional cost. Please provide your contact details for delivery arrangements.

Delivery and Fulfilments

Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery for orders above $500. For orders below this value, a $50 delivery fee applies per location.

How is delivery made?

As we do not have in-house delivery staff, we engage partner couriers for last-mile delivery. They will be briefed on the delivery requirements and will furnish a hardcopy Delivery Order (DO) upon delivery.

Can delivery be expedited?

As our production is done overseas, we can arrange for air freight, which will decrease the lead time by 1-2 weeks. Please note that air freight charges apply

Can I track my order?

Yes, we can provide tracking for your order upon request

Is packing included?

We can assist in providing packaging and packing services upon request, including for goodie bags, gift boxes and much more
