Yes all our items are subject to a MOQ to maintain cost effectiveness, typically in the low hundreds.

To ensure cost-effectiveness, all goods are manufactured and customized our trusted partner factories overseas. By default, we ship the goods to Singapore via sea freight, but we can arrange for other shipping methods upon request
Our typical lead time varies from the date of order confirmation, and depends on logistical and production considerations. For uncustomized goods, it’s usually 3-6 weeks. For customized goods, the lead time is typically 4-8 weeks.
We can provide multiple colors for a single collateral.
Do send us the original design file (.ai/.psd) of your logo/artwork. If that is not possible, do send it in a lossless format (.svg .png) We recommend avoiding the use of .jpg or .jpeg files as this may compromise print quality.
We can create simple mockups using your corporate logo or artwork for your approval. However, we do not have in-house designers to create complex designs.
We typically do not hold stock in Singapore. To maintain economical pricing, we partner with trusted factories overseas, which allow us to pass on cost savings to our clients.
We can deliver uncustomized samples at no additional cost. To facilitate delivery, please provide your contact person's name, delivery address, and contact phone number.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not suited for walk-ins due to our high order volume. Instead, we offer to deliver uncustomized samples at no additional cost. Please provide your contact details for delivery arrangements.
We offer free delivery for orders above $500. For orders below this value, a $50 delivery fee applies per location.
As we do not have in-house delivery staff, we engage partner couriers for last-mile delivery. They will be briefed on the delivery requirements and will furnish a hardcopy Delivery Order (DO) upon delivery.
As our production is done overseas, we can arrange for air freight, which will decrease the lead time by 1-2 weeks. Please note that air freight charges apply
